A unique retro floor lamp with colourful snooker balls and a white glass globe shade.
I have completely restored the striking wooden stem and base and added unique elements to extend the height and produce a lamp full of unique character.
The wooden base has been painted to a smooth finish with dark grey, to tie in with the ‘dalek’ like blocks.
The stem has four retro snooker balls sitting between gold stands to add pops of colour.
The top section is a gold blamanche tin, which houses the white glass globe.
The globe is held securely in place with a spring clip.
I love the forms and colour that are present in the lamp, which give it its unique style.
The lamp takes an E14 LED light bulb that is included in the price.
I have used a royal blue braided cable with a black foot switch mid way along to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
The lamp is PAT tested.
This is one of my favourite designs so far. It produces a lovely warm light and would add unique character to any room.
