An antique mahogany ‘crows nest’ floor lamp with a striking white glass shade.
The lamp has been lovingly restored by polishing some areas and modernising in others with a smooth sky blue fusion mineral paint. This creates a nice contrasting mix of tradition and contemporary colour.
The lamp is very substantial with a solid mahogany base and three quite large mahogany legs.
Please note there are a few tiny marks on the base of the lamp, but they’re hardly noticeable and fairly typical of a lamp of this age.
The middle section is very unusual and is reminiscent of a nautical crows nest. Perfect for some nice plants (see photo) or refreshments…. or both!
The flower like thick, white glass shade provides lovely form and a beautiful soft light source
The lamp has a brass bayonet cap lamp holder and an LED B22 light bulb is included in the price.
There is an antique style gold flex with a black foot switch mid way along to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
The lamp has been PAT tested.
