Unique floor lamp with black and gold features & a cut glass dome shade

  • A unique mid century modern black and gold floor lamp.
  • The lamp has been made by bringing together various vintage items.
  • A mid century modern teak stand with a nice golden chrome central piece accommodates the stunning cut glass dome lamp shade.
  • To give the lamp a little more height and character I have added a vintage wooden bowling ball to the stem, and at the top a black snooker ball.
  • The shade creates a wonderful golden, shimmering light, that really works well with the shiny chrome stand.
  • Please note the lamp needs to be placed in a corner ideally, where it won’t get knocked, due to the weight and fragility of the shade.
  • I have painted the teak satin black to tie in with the balls, and the black metal shade holder.
  • The lamp takes a B22 bayonet cap LED light bulb, which is included in the price.
  • There is a gold antique style flex with a black foot switch mid way along.
  • All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
  • The lamp has been PAT tested.
  • Reminiscent of a Scottish thistle, this lamp is stylish, vintage and full of unique character.
