A couple of industrial Holophane table lamps
A pair of unique industrial Holophane table lamps.
The vintage thick glass shades come with their original metal bases which I have fully restored and repainted black.
The metal bases have numerous holes from previous fixings which I have filled with black screws. I like the effect of this, and the way it ties in with the black push button switches.
I’ve mounted the metal bases onto purpose made black wooden plinths to give the lamps more substance and elegance.
There are lovely black and white zig zag braided cables to tie in with the vintage nature of the lamps.
The black push button switches on the bases are a nice feature and make the lamps easy to turn on and off.
There are brass bayonet cap lamp holders that take B22 candle bulbs, that are included in the price.
All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
The lamps have been PAT tested.
Really substantial heavy lamps with industrial character. The glass creates lovely prismatic light.
