A bespoke mid century modern teak floor lamp with a glass globe shade
A tall mid century modern teak floor lamp.
A striking 1950’s floor lamp that I have fully restored, rewired and added a bit of colour and a lovely glass globe shade.
The teak stem has been sanded and polished and the base has been painted a lovely sage green.
I have added a sage green metal gallery to house the shade at the top and a small green rim detail mid way along the stem.
The white glass globe has lovely gold circular lines which give a little extra vintage character.
The globe sits in the gallery, with a spring clip to hold it in place.
There is a brass bayonet cap lamp holder, with a B22 LED bulb included in the price.
I have used a red and white herringbone braided flex to add a bit of extra vintage style and character. There is a black foot switch mid way along to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
All electric items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
The lamp has been PAT tested.
A unique lamp made with sustainable materials which gives a good source of light and plenty of vintage character.
