A 1960’s camera tripod floor lamp with an adjustable cut glass shade

  • A vintage metal camera tripod converted into a unique, adjustable floor lamp.
  • The tripod is held in place with a round silver chrome disc with a black snooker ball on top.
  • This accommodates the gold flex nicely and becomes an interesting design feature as well as being functional.
  • I’ve attached a midcentury modern crystal glass shade to the top of the tripod.
  • This can be adjusted with the grey tripod handle to position the shade at any angle desired.
  • The legs can be slid in and out to three different heights. The photos show the lamp at maximum height which I think is the most effective.
  • There is a silver chrome BC lamp holder with a LED warm white light bulb included in the price.
  • The lovely gold flex has a black foot switch along the cable to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
  • All electrical items used are new and approved by UKCA safety standards.
  • The lamp has been PAT tested.
  • A unique vintage lamp, using sustainable objects to produce lighting with character and a lovely warm light source.
  • Dimensions: 40 x 140 x 40 cms
