A 1930’s vacuum repurposed into a unique wall lamp

  • A fantastic 1930’s vacuum cleaner now repurposed into a unique wall lamp.
  • The object has wonderful design details like the silver chrome wheels and the curved green leather surface.
  • I have installed a chrome lamp holder onto the top section which houses a lovely large globe filament bulb.
  • The E27 Edison bulb is included in the price.
  • There is a black push button switch installed just above the ‘VacTric’ label at the front, to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
  • The vintage style green and cream braided flex complements the object well, and there is ample length to position nearby a socket.
  • The lamp hangs easily on the wall with a purpose made silver chain. Equally well, it could be used as a table lamp (see photo).
  • Please note there are some marks on the chrome at the top that tell of its use and vintage age (see photo).
  • All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
  • The lamp has been PAT tested.
  • A wonderful object with heritage and character that now functions as a very effective lamp.
  • Dimensions: 18 x 83 x 24 (with bulb attached).
