Shipping within the UK
Small items:
-I offer free delivery for all lamps categorised as small. This includes all table lamps and the majority of wall and ceiling lamps.
-I ship my small items with Parcelforce48 which is a tracked and insured service. The lamps are packed very carefully to ensure safe transit.
-I dispatch the lamps within 3 working days of purchase, so your lamp always arrives within a week of an order.
-Please note, if a lamp is particularly fragile, I ship with a courier service as opposed to Parcelforce48. There is a charge for this, which will be calculated at checkout.
Large Items
-The floor lamps and some of the ceiling lamps are categorised as large. To ensure safe transit, whenever possible I offer personal delivery of these items, but it does depend on location.
-These areas include Greater London, Sussex and Kent. The delivery to these locations is free. However, if you live within the congestion zone in London, there will be a £25 surcharge.
-Delivery normally occurs within a week of purchase, but can sometimes take a little longer depending on availability.
-For any other UK locations the delivery is done by a trusted courier, the price for this is £35.
-Any delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout to make it an easy purchase process for you.
International shipping
-Please contact me via the contact form or email [email protected] for shipping to anywhere outside of the UK. The cost of delivery to European countries is usually around £30 plus any taxes or import duties, but I can give you a more accurate quote and timeline of delivery.
-I don’t tend to ship to any other overseas locations due to the cost of delivery. However, if you would like a quote for anywhere else in the world, don’t hesitate to contact me.
-Additional customs charges such as import duties, taxes, or any other fees associated with the respective country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Damaged goods
-I take the utmost care when packing the lamps to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event that any damage occurs in transit please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the lamp with a photo and description of damage. Please make sure you keep all the packaging as photos of this will be needed when we file a damages claim with the courier company. I can offer a full refund or a replacement lamp of similar value. Please note, it is unlikely I can offer you a similar product, as they are all one offs, but I will do my best to resolve the situation.
Refunds
-I take very great care when photographing and describing a lamp to make sure the product matches your expectations. However, if your purchase just isn’t quite right for you, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is packed up in the same way you received it, and send the item back with insurance. Please do contact me if you need any help with this process.
