Retro Red & Yellow Lamp
- A truly unique table lamp, that is vibrant in colour and abundant in character.
- The lamp is made from two vintage mid century wall lamps that have been adapted and redesigned to become a table lamp.
- They are authentic vintage items, with lovely red and yellow lamp shades.
- The bulbs are small bayonet cap pygmy types, that come with the purchase.
- I have attached the wall lamps to a round wooden disc, with one on each side. The lights splay into different directions which has quite a dramatic effect.
- The round disc is painted dark grey, to go with the dark background of the wall lamps. Which also sets off the lovely decorative brass star shaped features.
- The top part is attached to a hollow brass column, that used to be a vintage garden sprayer hose, that is then attached to a small brass base.
- There is a small bit of wear and tear to the items used, due to their vintage status, but I don’t think this detracts from the overall quality.
- The lamp should be placed in a safe spot, away from the chance of it being knocked over, due to its small base.
- It has an antique style gold flex, with a black inline switch mid way down.
- All the wiring is new, and the lamp has been PAT tested and approved.
- A lamp with huge amounts of fun, quite a statement piece!
