Tripod floor lamp with unique monochrome features and a glass globe shade

  • A unique spherical vintage tripod floor lamp.
  • The tripod is a vintage wooden telescope stand, that I have restored and adapted to make a striking structure for a lamp.
  • I have painted it to a smooth finish with black, which ties in nicely with the monochrome design.
  • The tripod is held in place with a silver chrome mini hub cap, with a white snooker ball guiding the black braided flex down through to the ground.
  • There is a small wooden lawn bowl sitting beneath the glass shade, then the silver chrome base of the shade sits upon this.
  • The large round white glass shade provides a lovely practical white light. Perfect for an office or a games room maybe.
  • There is a brass bayonet cap lamp holder with a B22 LED bulb included in the price.
  • A black foot switch runs along the flex to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
  •  All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
  • The lamp has been PAT tested.
  • A unique, striking lamp, with an orbital theme to it.
  • Sustainable design made using quality repurposed vintage objects.
