An antique brass tripod floor lamp featuring a copper dolly plunger
A beautiful vintage brass camera tripod repurposed into a unique floor lamp.
I have used a pair of brass galleries to form a support structure within the tripod, with two black snooker balls either end to add character and style.
The black braided cable runs through the centre of the balls to make a nice neat design.
I have used a curved brass piece that sits beneath the upturned copper dolly plunger.
The vintage copper has been shined up and creates a gorgeous warm glow with the globe filament bulb sitting within it.
Please note there are a few small dents in the dolly plunger, telling of its past as a working object. But nothing too noticeable.
The lamp has a brass edison screw lamp holder sitting within the plunger. The globe filament is included in the price.
The braided cable has a black foot switch to turn the lamp on and off with ease.
All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards.
The lamp has been PAT tested.
An interesting object made using lovely vintage objects, as well as being a very soft and warm ambient light source.
