A Retro Smoked Glass Floor Lamp
A retro bespoke smoked glass floor lamp made from a repurposed chandelier.
The vintage chandelier has been adapted to sit upon the top of the stand like a crown.
The bevelled edge smoked glass sections have lovely starburst motifs. The nine sections hang from the brass effect frame and create wonderful shimmering patterns and light.
I have added a lovely glass door knob to the top, which completes the design nicely.
The vintage wooden stand has been sanded down and painted to a smooth finish with an earthy mushroom colour that complements the amber brown glass.
There are four bayonet cap lamp holders that take B22 light bulbs, which are included in the price.
I have used a gold antique style flex, with a black foot switch midway along.
The lamp has been PAT tested and approved.
A lovely shimmering unique light, that creates a wonderful warm ambience.
